I have using railway agent id from last 2 year. I was purchase from frequency weekly management services pvt. Ltd - delhi

I have daily getting call from this company and forcing me to active rds or e voucher scheme. (In this schemei i can only use their payment gateway or 10 rs per transaction pay to them.)

But now they deactivate my agent id to forcefully active such scheme.

Any other companies or it self irctc did not applying such rules.

This scheme is active from 1st of novemver 2014. Hence we request you to please deposit rs. 15000 / - (Only for the first time) to book tickets seamlessly through this scheme.

In case the retailer wants to avail pg other than the rds, the retailer will have to share rs. 10 / - per transaction through e wallet scheme of the company from the agent service charges as allowed by irctc. . In case any retailer fails to deposit the requisite amount in time, the id will be temporarily suspended

So, we do not want to continue this new roule charge service, we want to apply service as we issue ticket in old system. Please give us information about this roule, which is declare from rds is valid or. As we mantion this matter in above mail also. But we dont get any reply. Please give us response as early as possible.
