Hi, i have activated premium membership recently and i tried to change my photo. but now i am getting another problem that i am not able access the premium membership facilities. it is asking me to make a premium membership again. i have paid Rs. 686 to activate it and again it is asking me to do the same. even i lost all the details and information that was entered in it. i have the transaction number which i used to pay the money to freshersworld. please kindly need a quick feedback and a solutions for this.
