I ordered a combo of JBL Bluetooth speaker and Bluetooth headphones for 1799 rupees. "Frill mobile" send me a fake Chinese product "Music Y3" which is not working. I got only 2 message during this time quoting "Loren store" when the product was shipped. There is neither customer care number nor refund options. I come across the site on Instagram but when I search it again after the purchase, I can't find it anymore. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

On 11th of March i ordered JBL flip 4 and wireless rocket earphone.
On 15th March i received 3 watches from the given order, for which I gave Rs1590 to delivery boy, which is a fake or wrong product. And I have called on the customer support no. Which is also fake, given on website.
I want my money back or deliver me the right product.
