Frill Mobile — fake product delivered.

I ordered a jbl speaker and wireless bose headset on the 12th of march'19. However received fake product in a fast track case. The product received does not function. It is a fake speaker of no brand. All fake display. The message received is "your order from momoe lw23171 will be delivered today by sf rider [protected]. Please keep cash amount of 1799 ready. Go cashless, avoid change hassle and pay online at https://tracker.shadowfax.in/#/track/273F2369FDE062E24F00DEF5E2A21B12/Fwd/. you can track or reschedule there as well."
I urge to get my money back (Rs. 1799/-) which is gone and there is no track of the same. Please do something. Saw the ad in facebook and ordered by clicking onto the link. Please help!!!
