I got a call for parttime work where a madam receved my. Adhar card details and make agreement on my name without permissionand asked it is just formality for job.we poor/ ment i got a call from their advocate namely yashwant Desai that a case is filed against me for company penality for not submitting the job in time.
I have forwards many calls and mails to companies representatives but no response has been receved till now.
