This event is related to my bad experience with Frontier Biscuits, Parsavnath Mall, Faridabad, Haryana.
My complaint is with respect to expired Biscuits sold to be in Gift Package on 24.02.2024 and 25.02.2024.I approached Frontier biscuits on 24.02.2024 with request for 9 packs of Gift Package which I intended to gift to my family members on account of a family function .I took deliver of 7 gift package wide Bill No 7235 on 24.02.2024 and remaining 2 gift package with bill No 7251 on 25.02.2024.As normal practice I distributed it to my relatives. But to my surprise I received call from almost all the relatives that the gift package consist of expired biscuits Choco Crush biscuit .I was shocked. Did Frontier even thinks of its client reputation? I approached Frontier outlet for replacement of the 9 boxes of Choco Crush Biscuits worth Rs 1890/- but they totally refused.I want an apology from Frontier Biscuits and delivery of free boxes of Choco Crush as compensation of playing with my reputation .
