I have been trying to get a test drive of i20 for the past one week but all i get some excuse always. In fact i even told them i will book the car just get me a test drive but still its been one week and no call back. Every time i call the office or even the senior sales person they tell me some thing. I had only heard that Hyundai sales service was bad but today i even got to experience it first hand.

I am so disappointed that i am actually considering not going for Hyundai altogether. At the end of the day what is a product if you can trust that you will served well for it.
