People who are looking forward to look for Learning and Development team as a Soft skills Trainer or Corporate trainer never fall for the Frost & Sullivan opening. They call it as GIL University team and has nothing to do with training people. They just coordinate process training. The management leader may sound positive during the interview but unfortunately is with a zero management quality. For experienced trainer it is a wrong place to even sit for an hour.
