FRRO — incompetent and unprofessional staff at frro mumbai office

I have been harassed by the frro mumbai office staff. I applied for a evisa to stay in mumbai as i acquired portuguese nationality just in utah. Application was made online based on the frro website information and it’s been 28 days that i have still not received the evisa. The frro team says they communicate through the website but in reality their website is horrible. The information is not accurate and no one can even call their number as it is constantly engaged. Even after getting through the receptionist is very rude and does not give any information. I am going there everyday since last 3 days and each time they ask me to bring some new document. No proper guildeline on website, horrible at communication, extremely careless attitude of receptionist who seems to be the first point of contact for anything at frro. I am shocked and disappointed at such bad service at a office for foreign affairs. If anyone knows of a higher authority where complaint can be give. To hear grievances of applicants please share.
