I ordered 10Kg Mango at Fruit Deal with Order Number - 140182 on 5th of April 2022. The item was to be delivered by 6th April as additional charges was taken for 24 hours delivery. Total amount paid was Rs. 528.64 through Net Banking.
Since no communication was received even after order was successful, I tried to check their review and found that this seems to be a work of fraud, duping people of their money by showing some product ONLINE at cheap rates and thereby giving payment link to make the payment.
This seems to be a new genre of fraud without actually really into a business.

Does it not possible to block the bank account of this company and send back the money to the respective customer. Why the online transfer money portal still exist with so many complaint.
