I had booked 3 flight tickets from ftd travels but later due to some reason i had to cancel the tickets. I had cancelled the tickets on 13/03/23, and till date 6/05/23 i have not received the refund. When i tried to contact ftd travels regarding the same their complaint department is saying they have not received the refund from the airline yet, whereas when i contacted the airline (vistara air) and inquired about the refund they informed me that the refund has been processed from their end long ago.
I don't understand why ftd travels is doing this. Was this information helpful? |
