Fun88 — Account suspended after win

I am writing regarding the unfair blocking of my Fun88 account following a large win.
I am based in India and have been using Fun88 daily on both mobile and desktop. My username is “Deepak878.” On April 8, 2026, shortly after I won a significant amount, my account was suddenly permanently suspended.
When I was experiencing losses before, there were never any restrictions or issues. However, as soon as I achieved a large win, my account was blocked. I contacted Fun88 customer support, but I was only told that my account had been permanently suspended, without any clear explanation or reason.
This situation feels extremely unfair, especially since I have been a regular user and have successfully withdrawn funds multiple times in the past without any issues.
There is currently ₹75, 000 in my Fun88 account, which I cannot access due to this suspension. I request that my balance of ₹75, 000 be paid out to me and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was permanently suspended immediately after my win.
