I deposited rs 5000 on 21/06/2024 in fun88. The deposit details were given by fun, 88 on their application.The transaction was by net banking.

The transaction was successful and I provided all documents on email as well as Live chat at least eight times but no positive response
Many bank doesn't allow screenshot and my bank too.but to authenticate bank provide Bank statement and bank screenshot of successful transaction.
I provided all details but they say they want screenshot of successful payment.

I wrote them to counter check my successful deposit with the beneficiary in whoose name payment was received.
But no response.I request for early solution and my refund of deposit of rs 5000.

Deposit of rs 2500 on 14/12/2023& rs 1000 on 16/12/2023 not yet credited.
E-mailed six time with deposit details as per their request and had six time live chat but no satisfactory response.
It seems this is fraud company, please recover my money back from them

Hi! I made deposit of 500 rupees i waited more than 24hrs. As per fun88 policy upi deposit should take 10min max they promised and mention on site. I made successful deposit no wrong entry. After twenty four hours still they didn't not credited my deposit amount to fun88 I contacted them they asked me for a screenshot. As my bank doesn't support screenshot or screen recording i took photo of the transaction and shared the photo but the problem is that my screen is broken little. first two agents did not ask for a clear one but later another agent asked for clear one i informed my issue with phone so i texted all the details via chat like transaction ID, my upi id, the remark that i have put and their bank details. I told to check from there end if the transaction is successful or not. They don't even give a replay for that. I was concerned about my deposit they keep sending me the promotion texts on chat. I want this site to be taken down I don't care if lose my 500. I don't want this site to grow for this kind of things. This site should be banned. I have trust issues with them. I don't want anyone to suffer with this. They are against their own policy. What ever I ask they say that their concern team is working i don't think they are. I hope you will me and many people who lost their hard earned money just by making deposit with them not even after gambling. My two deposits are still pending status. It's done by one week ago. I deposited two times with Rs.2000 and Rs.2000. total Rs.4000. that amount deducted from my bank account, but fun88 not updated in my account. I sent mails to fun88 customer care team many times. My two deposits are not updated in fun88 gaming app. I'm playing casino games from few days in fun88. I deposited amount so many times in fun88. But two times my deposit amounts Rs.2000& Rs.2000 are not updated in fun88. Money deducted from my bank account. But not updated in fun88. And money money also not refunded. One week crossed. Hello Sir, Register in this fun88 app and deposit money. They gave me Bonus. And want to complete 50000rs turnover for withdraw. I played 1 month and completed turnover. Now i win aprox 11863 rs. I withdraw 1000 rs for Confirmation my bank details. Then when it completed. I withdraw 9000 rs. Aprox 1 hours later my account is locked. I contacted customer care support the says please send Aadhar card, bank details, pan card, and selfie. I send they says wait for 3 days. Now they says i void terms and condition.
Please Help me sir.
