fund transfer — true or fake

I get mail from uk transfer of fund and his name caroline williams they said that we will transfer money with international payment and after they said that there is problem here we will send to your country and they asking 27500 rupees and they sent me certificates also from royal bank of scotland i was confused with this fund is this true or not i don't know please check it and it is true pls do it for transfering fund to me if it is fake get me mail message thank you yours faithfully fully ajith india khammam
