I get mail from uk transfer of fund and his name caroline williams they said that we will transfer money with international payment and after they said that there is problem here we will send to your country and they asking 27500 rupees and they sent me certificates also from royal bank of scotland i was confused with this fund is this true or not i don't know please check it and it is true pls do it for transfering fund to me if it is fake...

Whether RBI is charging/any taxation for currency coming from abroad?
what is the process to get it done i.e.currency transfer procedure?
If RBI is charging any Taxation,then what would be the amount to pay for transferring fund of 250thousand Pound,
Waiting for your kind help in this regard,its urgent
