Hi,
I set up an account in fundsindia on 15/1/2017 and did a transaction to purchase mutual funds worth 80000rs, i got a mail that since my account is not entirely setup, and i have done a transaction they will set it up in 2 days or will refund my money. They my documents on 15th night, and my account has not been setup yet, can you please refund my money, as you have stated promptly in the mail, i have written clarification asking when will my account be setup or whether the money will be refunded by no response what so ever, worst customer support ever.
