Can't get my funds

I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds....

    As i am currently having fundsindia account and this complain regarding today(5/5/2022) and trade with order value 1, 22, 650 with Quantity of 11000 and for this they have charged 1, 05000 for for buy and sell of this i.e for each LOT they are charging 60 rs for buy and 60 rupees for sell this make me very disappointment and finally my investment is in loss

          I was told my demat account to be closed. But every month I am receiving email from bseindia showing negative balance with Fundsindia. Even the customer care couldn't find my details with them but my negative balances are increasing. This is not my fault and I am not going to pay them. Last option will be reporting to nseindia complaint page.

              not responding to close our fundsindia account

              I ahave created account with funds india wrongly . But now i want to close our account and remove our bank account detail with fundsindia, but unable to do this because no any option available on website of funds india . I have also written email to support team of fundsindia but they aare not ressponding .So please raise the issue and help us to close our fundsindia account.

              I set up an account in fundsindia on 15/1/2017 and did a transaction to purchase mutual funds worth 80000rs, i got a mail that since my account is not entirely setup, and i have done a transaction they will set it up in 2 days or will refund my money. They my documents on 15th night, and my account has not been setup yet, can you please refund my money, as you have stated promptly in the mail, i have written clarification asking when will my account be setup or whether the money will be refunded by no response what so ever, worst customer support ever.               I had invested Amount of Rs 1000 for Motilal Oswal ELSS Regular plan on 1st May 2018. Even after following it up with Funds India they have not credited. There is no positive response also. I have even shared NEFT details and acknowledgment mail still they have not credited my amount. I Have attached screen shot of NEFT details.

                I want to close my demat account with with funds india.

                It is not responding to my emails. It is not sending me application form to close demat account.

                I have called up so many times as well as wrote emails but no progress / respond till now.

                Please direct company to respond me.

                  Mr. Saravanan,

                  What is this technical issue all about ? How can you take decision on behalf of me?
                  I have invested Rs. 25000 till now but my funds india account is showing bal of Rs. 9000 only. What is happening?


                  I am very much disappointed with the service provided:

                  1. I have asked for demo after opening this dmat account, but there was no response, finally I got a call for 2 min to make me understand how to add cash to this account.
                  2. Real time data updation is very poor on your web site.
                  3. My mutual funds NAV updates after 2 days on your portal, where other online portal updates it on daily basis.
                  4. There is absolutely no customer service.
                  5. Higher brokerage

                  I am very much disappointed with fundsindia. Do let me know what you doing for technical issues, and why should I bear the loses for your technical issues ??

                  Also Let me know how to close/deactivate fundsindia account.
                  After registring at funds india i found ekyc adhar link which is not visible now in dashboard as i was away from mobile to connect ekyc with adhar using otp and now since its not diaplaying in dashboard .Help me out and let it in my dashboard account for ease

                    NRI's beware. The quick account opening process is all hype. It's very cumbersome and I had to resort to multiple calls to the on-boarding team just to get it activated. They don't respond to emails at least in my case they did not. Finally when they did activate the account, several features were disabled and I was told that the hardcopy paperwork is required, despite their site claiming quicker provisional activation for 15 days. I unfortunately made 1 investment through them, but might not continue. I will be looking at ScripBox, Zerodha and fundsupermart as possible options.
                    When i requersted for SIP cancelation, i get response saying they cant cancel until 6 months. When you cant gaurenty returns how can you force me to put money into funds. It should be up to the investor to take decision weather to invest or not

                      Negligence in filling the forms

                      Do not invest via fundsindia, they do mistakes while submitting the forms and then would not help you in getting it resolved, they would tell you directly to contact the issuer, as they get so many requests online and they need to fill the forms they do it in hurry.
                      its our hard earned money, for them its just a matter of their commission. I am really sad and un happy with their service.
                      For me they did three mistakes while...
