Furious Drive In — Nt returning the money

I booked the car from the website furiousdrive.in from 12th August (12:00 am) to 13th August (11.30) pm .

I gave total payment of[protected] advance included. 3600 for the car and 3000 they took for security deposit.
I took the car from thềm around 12.00am on 12th August from their address which was (14th avenue greater Noida)
I along with my friends went to Dehradun and while I was returning from Dehradun, I crossed Haridwar and was on highway, my car was stopped by another car . They told us from where you have got this car, we are from bank and EMI is not paid of this car, I couldn’t understand anything what they were saying, so I called the person who gave me this car on rent . First he said, no issue is their it will get solve in 5 mins but we waited for more than 2 hours and then the bank officials and the owner of the car talked to each other and the owner of the car told me to give away the car to the bank officials and told that he will arrange another car for us, the car got seized and we went to the bank officials to their office, were we kept on waiting in a hope that matter would get resolved soon, but after sometime the owner called and said you have to come either from bus or cab, the owner after making us wait for more than 2 hours told us he cannot help, when I asked for refund, the owner abused me, he was abusing bank officials also and denied to give back my refund . I have been contacting the car rental company (furious drive.in) but they also denied to give refund . And neither the owner is picking up calls nor the rental company customer care .
I want my refund rs(3000) which I gave security to them and rs(3500) for cab service which I had to book for my returning purpose from Haridwar to noida and (1500) for the fuel and (500) for the toll tax .
