Furnishing Point — Unethical behavior | |||
Hello Team, I have made a purchase of Kurl-on DRC50 mattress yesterday night(25 - Mar - 2016 by 8.35pm). I was unable to experience the cushioning at the dealer location. I found that the model is very hard and have requested for replacement with a model with better cushioning the very next day morning. The dealer rejected the proposal for a better model and have asked to manage with this even though i have not got a demo which was very rude and tormenting. Now it looks like, i am in a helpless situation... Note : Advance of 1000 was paid earlier and the remaining amount was paid yesterday night at the time of delivery.
