M/s Chitra Furniture Hydrabad, concerned person Mr Giridhar Reddy, cheated us by overcharging and supplying defective and cracked sesam wood stand, he had assured me and charged an additional amount of Rs. 3000 for delivering the material in wooden packing, on receiving the material it was packed In a very shoddy condition without wooden packing, one of the stands was cracked and is useless, further the other stand has defects on the wood, which is covered with wax and polished to hide the defect. On contacting the concerned person he refused to refund my money .
