Please provide I have ordered TV Wall unit (Model no KWU 011 ) from Damro Furnitures Marathalli Bangalore branch on August 4th 2013 by paying a advance amount of 7000 Rs by SBI debit Card. They promised to deliver the Unit by August 27th 2013 without failing but printed August 30th 2013 as a buffer time in the bill. But when i followed up on the same on August 26th they told that they will take another 15 days to deliver the same, but after series of discussions with the person who coordinated the sales during the purchase time they agreed to deliver by September 4th 2013. But just on the previous day of delivery that is September 3rd 2013 they told me that only if i pay the remaining amount they will deliver the product. I paid the remaining amount of Rs 6990 on 4th September 2013 afternoon at the showroom. They promised that they will deliver between 5-7 PM on the same day evening. But they delivered only at 9 PM and also the delivered product with color - M13 which from what we ordered. When I spoke about the same to a person in the Showroom (Mr. Mohan) he replied me rudely saying that this is the only color available so he cant replace. But during the purchase Mr. Mohan Kumar Sales coordinator clearly told that there are two colors available one is M13 and other is M02. We selected M02. But after receiving the whole amount the person showroom was behaving rude and did not bother to solve my problem. Because of this repeated frustration and trouble they have given me, I am so depressed and stressed which is really affecting my health. I am ready to file a case against them and sue them for the stress, depression caused because of them. as much information as possible...
