I purchased a dining table and 6 chairs. on 20 march 2020 from MAPLE DESIGNS, KANNUR KERALA. Two chairs legs have disorders, and cnnot be used. Invoice no. 779, I have informed the shop several times from June onwards. every time they say they will send technicians but not yet came

    I bought Dining table - Sonali with composite marbe top- during delivery the marble top came damaged. They kept shifting the dates for replacement. After persistent follow up of 2.5 weeks they sent another marble top and it came damaged again. I have now been given a different date of replacement again. Why do they not do a QC check before transportation. Such a waste of time.

      Hi, I placed an order with Damro JP Nagar Bangalore with order number JPN2223SO1094KA. The sales coordinator Vignesh confirmed that the product will be delivered by July 5 by 7:00pm. I was called by the sales guy Vignesh at 7:30pm on July 5 to say the product will be delivered on July 6 now and before 2:00pm. These people think that the only work people have is to wait for their delivery. I have had to let go two days of important work just waiting for the delivery to arrive. At 1:00pm on July 6 I called the sales guy Vignesh multiple times and he did not answer the call. I subsequently called the store and they had no idea about my order or its delivery date. At 1:00pm, on July 6, I am waiting after making the full payment and losing two days of my work and salary for a product that may or may not arrive. I consider this as sub standard customer service and pure harrasment and seek immediate intervention.

        They talking like so kind and respectful but work-wise too poor. I purchased cot and mattress on 2018 . 2019 my bed springs got damaged. I complaint for rework/replacement they said they will send their person for work in a week some weeks passed some months passed. Again after 7month we visit their showroom and complaint they said same no come to check. They after 6months we vist and complaint they send their person after a month they takes some photos and went now 2022 still action not taken. Cot also got damaged and broken.

          I bought an office chair in December of 2020 from the Damro furniture Nakata branch.
          For the last 3 month I have been observing that my chair is having some problems. Sitting place's material is torned. Some nutboults have isolated. So I called up the Naktala branch to check this.
          I have been following up with them for 1 month but still they are unable to send a person to check.
          I am really fed-up with this service.

              We purchased a sofa set which had 10 years warranty, we have all the bills with us, the sofa set broke, they took 2000/- rupees from us but did not repair the set in fact returned the broken set. Manager was rude and refused to listen to the complaint. I wrote in the bill that I was not satisfied still we were forced to take it.

                  The plywood of the bed is broken.
                  I had complaint about it couple of months ago and got no response they just scheduled date and never came. Had bad service experience with salesman Ritesh Kumar who just scheduled date and didn't came.
                  Poor customer service experience.
                  I had complaint about my mirror also which I was received with minor crack in it but again they didn't replaced it.

                    My recliner is in very bad shape within one year of purchase, all the cushions have lost their shape and integrity. It was purchased at Martha halli branch of Damro. After repeated complaints nobody turned up so far. Once again with some hope I went to Rajajinagar showroom of Damro thinking that I would get some relief. They took my number and said they will call me.. Nobody called nor visited our place. This shows tgst tge product has quality issues and cannot be fixed.

                        I have purchased a dining table, there is an issue raised i.e.. on top of the table there is an white spots and small cracks and to chair there is a crack as noticed while iam cleaning the furniture...regarding this i raised an complaint and one of your technician has come to my house and told that he will send someone to get repaired ...it took nearly more than one month ...but there is no proper response and nobody came to rectify ...i reminded frequently but no use.

                          Damro service is very poor. From last 5 months i am facing issue with them. They have delivered poor quality sofa. At the time of delivery only i have raised my concern, they have exchanged 4 times but no improvement at all. They are saying from last 1 month we will deliver it soon but not yet delivered.

                            I bought the chair on[protected].one of the chair broke while we were sitting, and after that I informed the vellore damro showroom twice for 2 days, but no response from them even for two weeks after informing them.so I, myself took the chair and traveled 30kms and gave the chair in the showroom.and then the staff told that he'll replace the chair and deliver it in my home.soo far it has been more than 15 days, I didn't get any call or any response from the TEJAS RETAIL Ramans(ground & third floor)#84, 14th east coast road, Gandhi nagar, (opp.PVR Cunemas), vellore-632006 showroom. Will I get any action at least from you?

                              We bought an office chair from Damro, Gachibowli 4 months back. It had 1 year guarantee with it. 1 month back, a screw came out from back support. We called Damro, asking it to repair, they have been ignoring our calls from past 3 weeks now telling that they will be sending a person next day. Now 2 days back I got reply that, i need to pay for the service and parts, even when i have the bills, guarantee card everything. I really need to get it repaired asap.

                                We purchased a bristol SV06389 - honey dining table set which is defected on[protected] at DAMRO furnitures (PVT) LTD, vanasthalipuram, hyderabad. But damro sold it for original cost of 42, 500/- (in words: forty two thousand five hundred rupees) without informing about the defect. infact, damro cheated us! because it is very defective that the wooden plank on the table, chairs and bench is protruding out. After 1 month we noticed the defect and complained to the store but they aren't responding! they gave 1 year of warranty but they are not at all responding when we raised a complaint. we raised the complaint immediately after one or two months of purchase. we went to the store many times and requested them to give new product as exchange or return our money but they are not responding. its been 1 year now and still we didn't got any answer from the management. 42, 500/- for middel class is very high amount and now we are completely lost that amount because of this damaged dinning table set.

                                  Hi, we have placed belinda sofa order (Ecc1920so1095ka) on dec 18th 2019 in electronic city branch bangalore. It was promised that product will be delivered within 45-50 days, now it's almost 60+ days still we are not getting any proper update expect the false promises.
                                  Do you people ever delivered the product on time? I am seeing so many complaints in the forum and it is really giving mental torture.
                                  I would never encourage anyone to go damro and book any order irrespective of any branch.

                                  Though i lost my trust but finally i came here to see if any luck in getting an update on my order.

                                    The damro dealor in lawrence road amritsar is fraudulently selling local made products using your brand name. I was cheated when he sold his piyestra cupboard saying it's is damro. Further he has put his own price chits on the products and giving discount and selling more than the mrp which i am sure. Coz he is giving 40 percent off on damro products by escalating the price.

                                      Purchased 3+2 seater reclyner sofa for rs 99990 and sofa damaged due to poor and pathetic leather within 6months. But they took for service instead of replace the poor quality item. Again we have observed peeled stitches and tored leather at few places. After frequent complaints, they took for service by assuring as service will be done by use genuine leather material. But even after few months sofa in bad shape. Mean time we requested for replacement by paying extra amount. But they haven't accepted and even failed for proper service.

                                        I had ordered KWB011- Wardrobe with 3 Doors M21 (HSN Code[protected] Amount INR 10, 669 plus GST from Damro Furniture (Pvt) Ltd, No 113 Mount Road, Coonoor, TN. ORDER #CNR/SO/340/1819 dated 01 Nov 2018.

                                        The above item has not been delivered in-spite of multiple reminders.

                                        The sales person was contacted again this morning and has no clue to delivery date. Escalation mechanism is not available at Coonoor branch hence making this complaint.

                                        Its more than a month since the item has not been delivered and the new delivery date is not known.

Even the bill is taken on name of State Bank Of India only.                                             Poor quality of tv unit with stained drawers, not yet replaced after repeated complaints, purchased on 4th june 2018.

                                            After paying full amount in advance and receiving the item after 2 days, we complained immediately about the poor quality of the item to the mentioned coordinator in the invoice mr. Bharath. As we were not at all satisfied with the look of the item. The look of display in the showroom and the delivered item doesn't match. We were told that the pieces will be replaced, but till now around three-four times they promised to come in different dates and never turn up at all saying that there is no product, no stock, no manpower etc etc. Our problem is not at all taken seriously. There is no coordination at all between the coordinator and the delivery team. Every day new reasons are given to us and wasted our time by making us wait for their arrival. Please take it seriously and solve the issue at the earliest. Either take it returned and refund the full amount or replace the item without making a single day delay. Please contact on [protected].
                                            Chair upholstery torn in one year. Purchsed from Kochi Idappally showroom about year back. Informed their shop but no help. Please avoid Damro though u feel it is cheap, you are buying items which can't last couple of years.

                                                A single seater couch and a enter table which was supposed to deliver it on 26th september is not yet delivered even on 28th and they have not even called up and said the reason for delay or neither will be delayed. Even when i call up to the office they really don't care to respond properly.
                                                I was desperately in need of the couch and when we are in need of it the company is supposed to do it and the delay will not serve my purpose.
                                                I would like the product to be delivered at the earliest.

                                                  I purchased a set dining table with four chairs made up of rubber wood on 03 feb, 2017 from tejas retails, #84, 14th east cross road, gandhinagar, vellore 632006 at the cost of rs.16, 190.00. My complaint are:

                                                  1. Receipt of the purchase has not been given, even after repeated request.

                                                  2. The chairs start braking due to bad quality of the material and design within 60 days. When i approached the shop (Tejas retails) they clearly denied to any kind of repair or replacement. Although, at the time of purchase they claimed the product is guaranteed for any damage till 6 months from purchase.

                                                    Please provide I have ordered TV Wall unit (Model no KWU 011 ) from Damro Furnitures Marathalli Bangalore branch on August 4th 2013 by paying a advance amount of 7000 Rs by SBI debit Card. They promised to deliver the Unit by August 27th 2013 without failing but printed August 30th 2013 as a buffer time in the bill. But when i followed up on the same on August 26th they told that they will take another 15 days to deliver the same, but after...
