[Resolved]  Godrej Interio — Needs solution & refund of the product booking amount

Dear Godrej Team,
We have booked a Centurion Cupboard & Urbon 3+1+1 (Yellow Fabric) on dated 04.12.2013 wide order form no 117439 & Paid full amount Rs 46654.00 & Rs. 37336.00 (Total Rs. 83990.00) wide receipt No. 95434 . The both the item delivered on 05.12.2013 at said address, the delivered Items found old, dirty & scratchy.
It is told to delivery man to return both the unit & provide us fresh piece of item as we have paid for new product.
He has communicated the mater to Godrej Depot at Lucknow & after discussion with the depot he brought back the Urbon 3+1+1 (Yellow Fabric) & for Cupboard he told to us that the product is unloaded & packing is unfolded, so the same will get scratched if he will load it again, tomorrow our engineer will come to inspect the product & after his report the product will exchange if product will not suited to you.
The technician Mr. Shuriil Khan came on 07.12.2013 to inspected the Centurion Cupboard & taken the report as (scratches/marks of spot welding / one side unpainted area in one shelve/one side of door is unfinished painted), the copy of the visit report is with us & told to us that he will come along senior engineer to verify as he is new joined & after the engineer repot the unit will exchanged but he did not turned up to one week. After t few days he send a SMS to us that he will come after two days but he did not turn up. Now, it is almost five month gone nobody visited form the Godrej to give the solution.
In the mean time the other product Urbon 3+1+1 (Yellow Fabric) is delivered & told to us that our technician will come to install the product, but nobody visited to install the unit.
Then I have visited to your Hazratganj show room for the solution, there they have given a toll free number of Godrej customer care & told to me to lodge a complaint for the same. I have lodged three complaints for this issue (reference no one of complaint number is [protected] dated 13/04/2013) & also lodged a complaint on web then on 16/04/2013 I have received a call from service center & fixed the date 18.04.2013 to visit but nobody has visited till date, then again on 20th April 2013 I have received a call from the service center & he asked for bill of the product.
I told him I do have order form & cash receipt of the Lucknow Godrej show room & we have not provided any bill. Then he told me to arrange the bill otherwise he will not attained the call.
Then again I have called on the toll free number for the solution there they have told to me that your case is being transferred to the Godrej Lucknow & they will soon contact you & will provide the bill.
After two days probably on 22.04.2013 I have received a call from Godrej Alambagh Lucknow,he inquired about the product purchase & told that he will get back soon.
From now to till date there is no response I have received from the Godrej.
I don’t understand why the following steps are not taken in time & such delay to provide the services/ solution to the customer:-

1. Why the Centurion Cupboard is not replaced till date it is almost five month delay in service delivery.
2. Why the technician is not sent to install the product Urbon 3+1+1 (Yellow Fabric) at customer place till date.
3. Why the bill of both the product is not provided to the customer till date while the same should be sent along with the product at the time of delivery or at the time of booking.
4. After loading the complaint at Godrej, why the delay in service delivery, if customer has paid full amount & has valid cash receipt along with booking slip.
5. Why the Godrej is only asking bill to provide the solution, while the same is not provide to the customer by Godrej till date.
6. I am receiving only phone calls for inquiry not for solution & nobody has visited to provide the solution.
This is a question mark on Brand like Godrej, that Godrej people are so careless. They only book the order kept the cash & forget.

Now I am request you please refund my booking money of the Centurion Cupboard as the fresh product is not delivered till date along with the market interest for the booking period.
So, I could go to other manufacturer to full fill my need.
Hoping for positive response & request you to train your people not to harass the customer like this. The Godrej is a renowned company & have good brand image & we don’t expect such customer service from Godrej people.
