Intel Corporation — Delay in delivery for many weeks

I have made a purchase of EVITA king size bed along with Kurl on mattress on 6th of June 2013 at home town Marathahalli with SO no. [protected]. The only service I got without any delay/problem is the mattress delivery and apart from that I faced many issues in all items delivery and fitment. It’s been 2 months now and the product is not delivered fully till today.
My cot supposed to be delivered on 1st of July but on 30th of June I got an SMS from home town saying that as per your request your delivery got postponed to 5th July where in I haven’t requested for any date change. After that on 30th June I have made some calls to you then my cot delivered on 1st of July and I am out of town for a week and on my return on 10th June, I gave a call to the carpenter and he told he will come on 10th but he didn’t turn out and happened the same on 11th also. Then I have called call center on 12th June for 3 times where in they have kept my call on hold for 10 minutes each for 2 times and I have to disconnect the call as there was no response. On 12th the fitter came home and opened the package of cot and found that the draw of the cot is missing. Then I escalated the matter to in charge of furniture dept hometown then he told me that he will take the action and will deliver it soon but only on 21st it got delivered ( it took 8 days to deliver the missing item).
From 22nd on wards I kept calling the home town guys (both carpenter & call center) for 5 days continuously and till 2nd of August no one turned out to fit the draw. Then I visited the store yesterday then only they sent a fitter to my home. Once he opened the draw package he found that it’s a damaged one. It got damaged at least 5-6 places. Then again the story comes to the beginning by making calls to home town.
I have struggled a lot in getting this item delivered and fitted. I wasted lot of my time and money by making many calls to home town guys; I am asking why I should waste my time and money and who is responsible for this and in what way you can compensate this? This type of treatment, what a customer can expect from the renewed retailer “future group”?
I have a very good opinion on future group prior to this and made many purchases also but now I am feeling regret that why did I make a purchase in home town and how can I suggest a friend to go to this store.
