I had purchased PEPS mattress brand Fontaine 10 inch in Coonoor from Tulsi Mall in Jun 2011. By december 2012 the mattress completely sagged. and I lodged complaint thorugh local dealer to PEPS agency in Coimbatore.
Since it has a warranty of 10 years I requested the firm to change it but they have refused and repaired some coils and returned the same. It is still not up tothe mark. Pl suggest further course of action. My email- [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? |
