I bought a peps mattress about 6 months back and have been trying to reach out to someone to complain about my back pain even after getting it on the recommendation that will help reduce back pain.
Both myself and wife do not feel it is worth paying about 35 thousand and still suffering from back pain.
Can someone call me at [protected], if not i will be forced to escalate the same on social media and also complain to the consumer...

Mattress has gone weak within 8 months

I had purchased PEPS mattress brand Fontaine 10 inch in Coonoor from Tulsi Mall in Jun 2011. By december 2012 the mattress completely sagged. and I lodged complaint thorugh local dealer to PEPS agency in Coimbatore.
Since it has a warranty of 10 years I requested the firm to change it but they have refused and repaired some coils and returned the same. It is still not up tothe mark. Pl suggest further course of action. My email- [protected]@yahoo.com...
