Hi, My name is Namit and i had bought a sofa set (3+2+1) from Wood pecker, Chennai on 24th October 2012. Since then i have faced lot of trouble with it like sagging foam, stitching coming off from all sides and noise from the spring. Since then i have made several complaints and waited long hours for their technician to come and have a check of it.
Once they repaired it at my residence and the same problem occurred soon after to which i made another complaint. This time they took my sofa for couple of days and brought it back. They have actually added a layer of foam and stitched the sofa back again, noise is not coming so far but the look and feel of the sofa has worsened. It looks a second hand purchased piece now.
Again few days back the problem of cloth stitching coming off was noticed and i made a fresh complaint again on 28th April, they sent their technician the next day at 5.30 pm without any information and as no one was at home, they coolly left with a card saying we came.
Again today, i,e, 2nd May 2013 i called and fixed an appointment and spoke to some by name Mr. Narayana Sharma in customer care. he said it will be rectified.
My question is what should i do as this problem seems perennial and soon after the warranty is over they will not even entertain my calls.
Kindly suggest what steps or action should i take.
I just want a replacement or money back as i am fed up with their false promises.

woodpecker — not finished the work
my experience with woodpecker is not at all good.i have ordered for a modular kitchen and made the payment 5 months ago but till toady my kitchen is not finished and whenever i call them they don't pick the call and the person is not answering.i don't know they will finish the work or not.plz help if anybody can.
