[Resolved]  woodpecker — false promise by the company

I have made modular kitchen through Woodpecker Saakaar media productions pvt ltd. kolkata.Two brothers Mr ritesh anmd mr hitesh represented the company.Before the order was given to them , they both promised of excellent service and best quality product. .after they finished the work ,which was of a very poor quality, their attitude has changed. wood has started swelling within 6 months of handing over. hardware is of very poor quality .i must be chasing the office for last 5 months .they have agreed to rectify the defect, but only the lip service. every time i call them up , they say work will be done very soon . now they even avoid picking up my phone.mr rajat gupta is very cordial on phone but never keeps his words Rajiv Saigal
