I have booked an order (attached) for kitchen accessories through online shopping in Fusion and Fashion website. I also made a payment of Rs. 946/- through UPI on 30/11/2020. I got order confirmation and payment confirmation from them but till now I did not receive the items ordered by you and I am also not getting any reply from them for the mails sent by me. Hence I would request you to take up with them for refunding my amount.
