[Resolved]  Fusion India Project Management Pvt. Ltd. — PF Deducted from Salary but not deposited

Dear Sir, I worked in Fusion India Project Management Pvt. Ltd. From January, 2012 till November, 2013. They have deducted PF from salary each month but have not deposited in the PF department since october, 2012. They are cheating the Government by not doing so.
