[Resolved]  Fusion India Project Management Pvt. Limited Bangalore — PF account and tax

I have worked as Project Manager for FUSION INDIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT PVT. LIMITED,43/39, 2nd Cross, Promenade Road, Bangalore 560005, INDIA for 9 months. During that period they have deducted my PF but they have not opened my PF account after that I left company but still they have not opened my account and for other employees who worked in last three years. After resignation they are not giving PF means they are not paying the tax on PF to the govt.

PF account & Tax

I have worked as Senior Project Engineer for FUSION INDIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT PVT. LIMITED, 43/39, 2nd Cross, Promenade Road, Bangalore 560005, INDIA for 12 months. During that period they have deducted my PF but they have not opened my PF account after that I left company but still they have not opened my account and for other employees who worked in last three years. After resignation they are not giving PF means they are not paying the tax on PF to the govt.

I am RAHUL PAIGUDE I want to withdraw my PF But my Adhar is not seeding with UAN Account.I have submitted Seeding request in pf portal. please give approval as below. UAN No .[protected]
