I ordered a kurta of price 699/- for my brother from all plus size store via Cash karo. I pay online through my debit card.
But there was size issue so I returned it . Then they showed that the refund is completed . But there is no money received from that particular id in my account. Im providing the bank statement below and also the app statement of refund.

Vikas sardana is taking out his personal enemity against my client and his family as he has lost case against the brother of my client in the court of law..A legal notice has been served to mr. Employees of future education have given me the fake information about PGDBA Admission of Welingkar's.
Just to achieve their sales target they bluffed several times. Even they took my money against the fake information given. Now i am fade up of their misleading commitments.
I am irritated of this and finding a way out to either get my money back or get all the commitments they have given me for my admission related things.br...

i m sanjay chaubey, lawer at pataila house courts, new delhi. i m writing this on behalf of my clients aman kumar and pawan kumar and their company future education services. sumbody is just trying to take the revenge & tarnish the image of my clients aman and pawan kumar. no doubt that sum cases were made against my clients in the year 2002 and all the cases are compounded/quashed from the h'ble courts of delhi, which can be either verified from the respective courts or from me , as i can provide with all the documents relating to the quashing/compounding of all the cases. now, when my clients are doin a gud job in the education industry by providing carrier counselling and admission guidance to students, why is sumone trying to spoil their image n tarnish their business. i wish to request the authorities that no such complaints without the verification should be published on site. also, the person behind this gimmick to tarnish the image n take sum personal revenge have very cleverly deleted the compounding part fron the toi n published the only matter to spoil the image of my clients. i m moving in delhi high court soon to first get this irrevelant published matter deleted n also to nab the culprit who is after my clients for no reasons n just taking sum revenge for personal reasons. i, once again appeal to the google search engine authorities and the authorities of the consumer complaints to please first verify such complaints and then publish such delicate matters which can uin sumones life for no reasons. i also demand an explanation from both the authorities that on what basis n verification such matters are published. i would request both the authorities to look into the matter deeply and remove such allegations on my clients immediately n verify the truth as soon as possible.
