I m writing this reply on behalf of my client mr. Aman kumar..I wish to inform that mr. Vikas sardana is taking out his personal enemity against my client and his family as he has lost case against the brother of my client in the court of law..A legal notice has been served to mr. Vikas sardana in this regard and a case is also filed against him in the high court of delhi for putting wrong facts, stealing the pic without the consent and knowledge and writing defamatory remarks without truth to tarnish the image and reputation of my client...My client aman kumar doesn't owe a single penny to mr. Vikas sardana or his company personally...Nowadays people has got this easy medium to tarnish the image and reputation of anyone through this platform to settle there personal as well as professional scores..It is true that few cases were made against my client in the year 2002 and all those cases have been quashed by the h'ble high court of delhi and i m attaching the links of the cases quashed as well as i m attaching the copy of the court orders wherein mr. Vikas sardana and his company indo american has lost the case against the brother of my client and also the copy of the legal notice served upon mr.
