Dear sir/mam,
My name is Yogesh verma.I had taken the insurance life policy(Policy No.[protected] from the Future Generali Gurgaon Branch.I am also a advisor of this company.Due to some my personal issue i do the free look of my policy on[protected].But after some days i get a call from the company's representative they asked me to refund the commissioned amount of the policy in the form of demand draft.Then i exactly did the same thing.I submitted a demand draft of commissioned amount in the Gurgaon branch on[protected].But still i did not get the refunded money.I called several times in the care of company but they did not help me and cut my call saying that your transction is under process.There is a person in the Head Branch(Mumbai) named as JOYDEEP BANERJEE, he called me for the refunding of the commissioned money.He said to me i[censored] will give the commissioned amount to the company back, then the company will release your total amount.Then i did the same.Now when i called him regarding the refund of my money, he never used to attend my call. i want the refund of my money as soon as p[ossible.If they will not solve my issue, then i am going to file a case in the court.
