Its been a month that our issue is still prevailing. Looks like giving resolution over phone and actually executing them are two different things for hometown.For a mattress, week back a resolution was given that we can exchange the mattress with the suggested spring mattress and HT was very quick just by giving resolution over phone and closing the issue. After a waiting for a week for the pick up for existing mattress we went to the store for selecting new one. When we selected the new one we were told that the order will not be placed till pick up is done. Ms Shanti confirmed that pickup will be done on Sunday between 2-4pm. Due to this we stayed at home on Sunday so that we get the resolution as soon as we can.
But again to our disappointment pick is not done yet.And PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY TIMELINES TO YOUR CUSTOMER IF YOU CANNOT ADHERE TO IT. Was this information helpful? |
