Hello sir,
I have purchased apparel from brand factory Future retail group LB Nagar branch, Hyderabad in October 2016.
I applied for a T24 sim with number [protected].
I have submitted the aadhaar card xerox as Id and address proof and was informed that the sim will get activated within two days.. I was charged 100 rs for the sim and was informed that I will be getting 90 rs of talk time.
After a follow up done by me they said my application got rejected because the photo was not clear on the xerox copy of the proof and I submitted the clear copy.
When I visited the store two days back I was informed that the person dealing with the sim card section left and they couldn't consider my application and asked me to take a new sim by paying 100rs.
I want the future retail group higher officials to look into the matter and get the sim activation done.. Was this information helpful? |
