Futurem Capital — Account debited of rs.4999/- twice without my knowledge

Sir, my name is b v thippeswamy. I have an account with state bank of hyderabad, jc road branch (20202), bengaluru. My account has been debited with rs.4999/- twice without my knoowledge (Total amount is rs.9998/-) on 05/12/2016 towards ecs transfers to futurem capital vide ref no's f[protected] & f[protected].
When i approached the bank i was told that the amount is transferred to futurem capital through ecs. But as per my best knowledge, i had never given any ecs mandate to anyone for debiting my account and transfer the same to futurem capital. I therefore request you to refund my amount of rs.9, 998/- and credit the same to my sb a/c no.[protected] (Ifsc code no. Sbhy0020202)
