Sir,
I am a customer of indian bank, dabagardens, visakhapatnam. When i was undergoing training at bengaluru and due to paucity of time and urgent in need of cash, i requested my colleague to withdraw an amount of rs.10, 000 on[protected]. He tried to withdraw cash at atm id:20348004, sbh, rajajinagar on[protected] at 19.20:46 but could not draw the cash due to technical errors. But i received message that the cash was withdrawn and my account was debited. Though 48 hours exceeded, the amount was not credited back into my account. As i am unable to visit bank personally, i requested the bank by mail at '[protected]@sbhyd.co.in' with a copy marked to '[protected]@indianbank.co' on[protected] which was undelivered to sbh but it was delivered to indian bank. Thereafter, after obtaining correct mail id from phone, i again mailed to '[protected]@sbi.co.in' with a copy marking to '[protected]@indianbank.co' on[protected] which was delivered, but so far no reply received.
Please note that i returned to visakhapatnam and cannot visit the sbi, rajaji nagar branch, bengalore. Please also note that banking web sites are not providing their mail ids. Therefore, i request to look into matter.

Please verify the status of my complaint dtd 8th July. Though it is notified on the SBH customer support on the same day, no response from them till date.
I have requested for the account closure of this account number [protected]-5 at sbh subhash nagar branch nizamabad and Agreed to transfer the money to my other sbi account number [protected] .
Reuested on 7th march 2020 but money is not credited to my account. Could you please tell me the status
