I got a call from a consultancy futurepoints.In, a person named ronit mehra informed me about shortlisting of my profile by ibm and scheduling of a telephonic interview on april 30. And asked an amount rs. 2573 to confirm my availability. Next day he asked me for scanned documents that need to be verified before face to face round and a payment of rs. 5724 for that profile verification. He assured me that this as a confirmed opportunity and all the payments made by me will be refunded at the day of face to face round. He scheduled a fake telephonic interview on 30th april. Then again ronit mehra asked me for payment of rs. 9, 733.00 and 10, 133.00 for providing employee id and scheduling my face to face interview on 7th may. But he didn't schedule any interview and since then neither he nor his associates are picking my call. I have made a payment of total rs. 28163. Request consumer court to help me in getting refund amount from this fraud consultant and put a fine on this consultancy so they fear to do such frauds in future. Then again ronit mehra asked me for payment of rs. 9, 733.00 and 10, 133.00 for providing employee id and scheduling my face to face interview And he asked me to put 20000 in an icici account bye name of e learning solutions But he didn't schedule any interview and since then neither he nor his associates are picking my call. I have made a payment of total rs. 50000
Request consumer court to help me in getting refund amount from this fraud consultant and put a fine on this consultancy so they fear to do such frauds in future.
