G.k. Publications — Delivery related issue

It has been 4-5 days since I ordered a book from gk publication but it is still not dispatched and I am really concerned for it I want that urgently and they said that it will be a fast delivery...I have contacted their WhatsApp and email and got no reply from them they leaved my message on seen in WhatsApp...I really urgently want that book. They are not even giving proper tracing of my delivery not showing any expected date to deliver..Please help me deliver my product I want that urgently
