[Resolved]  Gk Publications Pvt Ltd. — no delivery, not received after payment

I placed a order on MAY 6, 2014 through www.gkpublications.com, to buy a ONGC Finance & Accounts Officer Recruitment Exam(ISBN[protected] by Gk publications . my order number is 25529.But till this dateorder has not been received. I payed Rs 525 online through ICICI internet banking.

I also sent an email concerning the matter but no reply was made by them. I have been repeatedly calling them on[protected], but no one picks up the phone.and also calld to Mrs. Rajitha Prakash (ceo) [protected] no response please take an action .
