G.k. Publications — Order not processing

I have placed an order 20200068 today at https://gkpublications.com/ on 31st jan, 2021. But the order is not getting processed. Infact, I do not even want the book now, it is so much delayed. Pls refund my money, as it was a prepaid order of Rs.1095.
