G. K. Publications — Regarding online mock test

I purchaed gk publications sbi so officer 11 practice test boo. On that there is option of free online mock test. For that they have given url gkpublications.com/resource. But i couldn't find any mock test in that.
I have given complaint many times but no proper response.

This is not fair to do like this. Please resolve my issue

I bought a book from gk publications that is UGC net /set history solved papers... in that book there is an infirmation about online moke test but i cant make an account to register. This is not fare... please do something for this complaint as soon as possible
