Hello team,

I have enrolled for cissp certification with exam voucher in year 2019. Post completion of training, i had requested for exam voucher. Where simplilearn examination team had asked about 4 tentative dates suitable for appearing for an exam and i shared tentative dates december 26, 2019 february 26, 2020 april 17, 2020 july 28, 2020.

Without informing me the exam team had booked the slot for december 26, 2019 with pearsonvu. Now when i started enquiry since july 2020 as no reply from simplilearn team, then i am getting message stating your exam slot was already booked for december 26, 2019. And if i missed the exam, need to connect with pearsonvu.

I have sent repeated mails, but team is not helping me.in turn, i wrote mail to cissp support team and they replied that no one should book the exam slot except candidate as it is a violation for isc2 code of ethics.

I am completely feeling helpless as i have even written mail to mr. Krishna kumar, ceo of the company.

    I have been committed by Praveen Kumar following:
    1) Simplilearn labs will not have restrictions and limitations. Later it was found that even basics were not working. Escalation had happened to Koyel Chowdhury, but no formal communication happened.
    2) I was committed evening batch would come from 8th August, but later I have been asked to join 15th Aug batch. Delay was not accounted for.
    3) BAD SERVICE - Praveen Kumar had stopped responding after we escalated LAB problem i.e. 2 August. Even today i.e. 19th Aug, I have not heard from any SimpliLearn representative.
    4) I was committed for 2 complimentary courses, I have whatsapp proof but now there is no response from Praveen. Despite email to his official emails.
    5) Me and my friend was committed AZ 300 and AZ 301 self learn classes for life long as complimentarty but nothing has happened so far.

        I have taken course for pg ai-ml program for 190000, and paid 35 thousand. For me it was told that class will be in evening and there will be 2 batch morning and evening and i can choose. But i got assigned with evening batches or all year and i am not compatible with. Even they told trainer will be from either from ibm and purdue, and thats why simplilearn is charging more but the instructor is freelancer. Even when i made the payment he told there is 7 days for refund but now denying as they were not responding for 3 days. I have refund recording for proof. The person who was in touch with me is spandan, and the person who told me about refund is sunoy. And the trainer is samridhi dutta[she is freelancer]

          My name is pankaj and i enrolled a course of business analyst from simplilearn at cost of 39, 100/- and i pay this amount through the emi optionof zestmoney link which they have sent me. My online class is about to start from 6 june. But due to a mishappening happened with me in this pendamic at my hometown. I came my hometown and i am unable to attend their class and i am unable to pay emi because i have lost my job in this pendamic. So i requested to simplilearn that cancel my subscription as i have not attend any class and refund that amount to zestmoney as i am not able to pay emi now.
          But they denied and again and again telling me that refund is not possible.

          They are just doing sales with people in this pendamic where many of people have lost their job. It all happened with in 10 days only

          They are not accepting my situation. Please help me out.
