I joined the Data Science in Simplilearn as they assured for Job Guaranteed program for 1, 68, 303. Later, in 30 days, I asked the Simplilearn team (sales), Sales Agent "Huma" to cancel the course immediately. But she had a few health issues and said that she had raised a ticket and will contact me in a few days. Also, I had no access to raise a ticket or contact LMS (simplilearn).

Cancellation of Job guarantee course EMI

Simplilearn is not giving PMP exam voucher

I had purchaged the PMP exam voucher on[protected] by paying Rs. 34692(Including tax) and it was communicated by account manager that It will be valid for one year. Within one year any time I can schedule the exam. Now once I became ready for exam then Simplilearn is not giving the voucher. They are saying this has been expired on 29-Nov-2023. Login Issues

I am writing this email after several attempts to try to resolve my issue. It has been over 2 months that I have been requesting people to resolve my login issues and I have not been able to take classes because of this.

Not cancelling the course after repeated requests

I had enrolled in simplilearn bootcamp for ALML later I wanted to cancel my course because of professional reasons. Did not refund my money

I have purchased a course and after 2 or 3 days I realised it's not worth it then I told to her to refund my money but they didn't and then I send them a legal notice and in that they are offering me course swap offer which I don't want then I filled a case against simplilearn but they are not properly responding in every 2or 3 days they are sending me an email they we are trying to call you but they didn't call me a single time totally misguided...

Refund, Course cancellation, changes in rules and misrepresentation

The course (TOGAF) when I had registered had options to complete the training online or via classroom. Simplilearn has now changed the rules stating the student is required to attend all virtual classroom classes (100% attendance). I was advised - Partial attendance of the Virtual classroom (as permitted previously when I registered) and Online, self learning option will not suffice any more.
