G N Enterprises — Courier delivered in pathetic state with damaged items

I had to send 2 couriers containing some expensive clothing items to Montreal and Ontario. The fellow who came to collect the goods from home told me not to pack the items as they will do it at their end. I weighed the items at home and the clothes to be sent to Montreal weighed around 5 Kg and the ones to be sent to Ontario weighed 4.5 kg. I was told that I would be charged Rs 690 per kg but they would send me the bill after final packing depending on the volume of the box they would use for packing which could be slightly more. However, the fellow later told me that my stuff is not fitting in 5 kg volume boxes and he is using bigger boxes meant for 7 kg for which I will have to pay. after negotiation, I paid him ten thousand via Paytm. I didn't have any choice as he had already packed the goods and sent them. That time my only concern was that my goods should reach timely and in a safe manner though I felt cheated, I didn't complain.
But the problem surfaced when my daughter received her parcel on 26th October. The parcel was all wet; it was soaked in water. The good were just dumped in a carton and they were all wet. They was no poly packing. All the expensive party wear clothing which was only meant for dry cleaning was now spoiled. One of the pink dress had run colour and left its stains or other clothes.
The same thing happened with the other parcel. That was also received in similar condition on 29th October with stains on other clothes.
I just wonder, how these people charged me hefty on the name of weight and volume and didn't even pack the stuff properly.
i 'm feeling duped as I have lost money at both the ends- paid 10000 for courier and bought items worth 30000 which were of no use, which cost me a loss of 40000 altogether.
I have called and talked to Mr Gokul the owner and Ram Kumar the pickup guy but they are not accepting their fault and now not picking up my calls also. I have written them a mail as well with pics of damaged parcel but didn't get any revert.
I am looking for a refund for the damage caused. The value of goods mentioned on Receipts is Rs 7500 for Ontario and Rs 12500 for Montreal which is far less than the value of the items sent but I should be refunded at least that much amount along with the courier service charges because it's a fault from their end . Complete negligence while packing the products and sending them. The owner is passing the buck that courier service is responsible...Whoever's fault is it I want a refund.
