G Square Housing — Not Received Refund of Booking Amount for Gsquare 7 Hills Plots No. 2414 & 2413

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the non-refund of booking amounts for Plot No. 2414 and Plot No. 2413 at Gsquare 7 Hills.
We booked the above-mentioned plots in September 2025 by paying an initial amount of ?1, 00, 000 each. However, due to the project not receiving legal clearance from a nationalized bank, we cancelled both bookings and requested a refund.
After continuous follow-ups for several months, your team informed us that the refund for Plot No. 2414 was approved and would be credited on March 19, 2026. However, the amount has still not been credited. For Plot No. 2413 has been booked by my friend, no refund date has been provided to date.
Despite repeated communication, your sales team continues to give inconsistent and misleading updates, often stating that the delay is due to the financial team. We were also asked to post Google reviews and send emails to mailto:[protected]@gsquarehousing.com, which we have already done, but there has been no response from your grievance team.
Additionally, the Gsquare Delight Team has repeatedly made false assurances such as “refund will be processed within 1 week” or “within 2 days, ” but no action has been taken. It has now been nearly 8 months since our cancellation request.
This prolonged delay, lack of transparency, and false commitments have caused us significant mental stress and inconvenience.
