Refund not received almost an year Ticket Reference Number: GS25/16126/23/08
Booking was done on April 2025, as per their email they promised to refund in 60 days, however till today all they give are false promises.
I have been following up for the refund for almost an year but got only false promises and no progress. They urge and scam people by asking to book ASAP and promise to refund but scam later if we cancel for any reason. I have video recordings and audio recordings of each conversation with sales and pavitra t who fake promises and scam on refund and official email communications thru official email ids. Not sure if employee Pavitra has received the refund but giving to customer and mishandling the money as she never loops in any conversation with other teams and fake promises over call. I have dropped emails to top levels as well but still they are cheating. The person in contact is Pavitra T who terrible tells continuous falls promises and scams.
