Gaana.com — 299 inr spend but not renew gaana plus

Address:Padeettakara puthen veedu. Kayamkulam, alappuzha Kerala

I renewed my gaana plus with 299 but it's still not activated and complaint to them via customer care chat. I make ticket also. But still they are not give any reply to me.
So what I want to do? By consumer court or other people's 🤔🤔
