[Resolved] Gaana.com — am paying $5.99 but not getting the benefit

I subscribed for gaana plus in september and every month $5.99 is being taken from my bank account but i am not able to download songs and play them offline. When i look at the status of the subscription on my phone it says expired in september yet the monthly payments are being taken. I think i should get my money back. It worked well when i subscribed to it in july. I discontinued it and then resubscribed. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I paid the amount via Debit Card for Gaana+ membership, still it is not activated till now. This is ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour of company. Other music platforms are atleast trustworthy, not like this. Either activate the Premium features or give my money back.
