Gaana.com — Amount paid but account not activated

My registered mobile no is [protected] and registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com, my GAANA+ subscription ends on 14th May 2023.

On 17th May 2023 at 12.04 a.m I paid for GAANA+ renewal amount Rs.299.00 and payment was successfully processed vide Order id: GAANAPP_11797169 and TR Id: OM[protected] via PhonPe. But, unfortunately the account is not activated till now.

I contacted you many times to contact you, but no one replied to me correctly.

When I wanted to subscribe again, the app showed that, You cannot proceed since you already have an active subscription.

My humble request to you, kindly take this matter seriously and take necessary action. if you unable to do it, please refund my money
