Gaana.com — auto renew and debited amount two times

I am not using gaana services nor i wish to use them in future.
The amount of rs 399 is debited twice on the same date (9 july 2019) from my account.
I want you to return my amount at the earliest and cancel the subscription.
The company is not replying to phone calls and emails..
The customer support is pathetic..

We do understand your concern regarding auto-renewal

We have checked and glad to confirm that the issue has been resolved. And one of the transactions has been refunded back to you as well.

The auto-renewal has also been removed so that no further deduction will be done.
